Custom-Made Products All custom-made and personalized orders are final sale. Due to the unique nature of custom products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been confirmed and production has begun. Please review all order details carefully before submitting your order.
Standard Products We accept returns on non-custom items within 2 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or store credit.
Order Cancellations Custom orders may not be cancelled materials are procured upon order.
