3. Custom Orders All custom and personalized orders are made to your specifications. By placing a custom order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including but not limited to spelling, design choices, sizing, or color selections. Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
4. Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in [USD/CAD] and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment through the methods available at checkout. Full payment is required before production begins on any order, including custom orders.
5. Order Confirmation An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
6. Shipping and Delivery We will make every effort to meet estimated delivery timeframes; however, these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier.
7. Refunds and Returns All custom-made and personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. For our full refund policy, please refer to our [Refund Policy page]. In the event of a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
8. Intellectual Property All content on this store, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of MEJA Designs and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent. By submitting custom order artwork or designs, you confirm that you own the rights to or have permission to use the submitted content, and you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, MEJA Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
