What you get (physical item, shipped to you)

• 8 printed sticker sheets that cover every layer (largest sheet about 11.4 x 11.1 in)
• The pieces are nested close together to save your wood, with 1/4 in between them so they stay easy to handle
• Its own cut files (SVG, DXF, PDF and AI), laid out exactly like the sheets. They are already in the cut file download, in the folder print_and_cut, so you need no other files
• UV printed in full color on laser-safe, PVC-free satin sticker paper
• Three registration crosshairs on every sheet, outside the artwork
• Artwork that runs 1/16 in past every cut line, so the color reaches the edge
• A thin placement line printed on every piece that shows where the next layer is glued, so everything lands in the right spot

How it works

1. Sand your 1/8 in (3 mm) plywood or MDF smooth with 220 grit.
2. Wipe off all the dust with a clean, lightly damp rag (not dripping wet) and let the board dry.
3. Tape one edge of the sheet to the board as a hinge. Fold the sheet back, peel the backing paper away a little at a time and press the sticker down with a squeegee, working from the taped edge outward.
4. Put the board in the top-left corner of your laser bed. Open the cut file with the same sheet number (in the cut file download, folder print_and_cut) and put the laser's red dot on two of the crosshairs in turn. In LightBurn this is Tools > Print and Cut.
5. Cut with the sticker on.
6. Stack and glue the colored pieces.

• A laser cutter, and software that can align to printed marks.

Please note

• Sized for the sign at its original size. If you resize the cut file, the stickers will no longer fit.
